The Inner World, The Last Windmonk Gamescom 2017 Interview

It is no secret that we are huge fans of Studio Fizbin here at Hyper Light Up and after last year’s presentation at Gamescom 2016, as well as after having reviewed The Inner World, we have patiently been waiting for some more information on the sequel to the awesome adventure game to find out what Robert will be doing next.

We have known for a while that the sequel is coming with many announcements for it coming from Studio Fizbin who has been hyping us non-stop. During Gamescom 2017, we had the chance to talk with Tim Caedke, who talked to us about a few things on the sequel.

After giving us a short intro on what is going on with the timeline from the first title to the sequel, he told to us that the game will be coming out this fall for PC, Mac and Linux. “The most unique thing about it, which is seen at the very start of the game, is that this time you can change between characters,” explained Tim. “You can even play as Peck! Oh and Laura is also coming back and she has a major role in all of this yet again,” he noted.

The studio is of course there to hype the release of the game and get the attention of people visiting Gamescom. We also asked him about how well the port was received and he told us that “people loved how the console version of the game worked out. We are really happy with it.”

For more information, take a look at the game’s Steam page as well as Studio Fizbin’s Twitter and Facebook.
